This appointment is designed to provide reassurance about your baby’s wellbeing while also offering the opportunity to determine your baby’s gender, if you wish.
What’s Included:
- 20-minute diagnostic appointment
Your appointment time includes arrival at reception, your ultrasound scan, time to review images (where possible), and the opportunity to ask your sonographer any questions. - Wellbeing check
We assess your baby’s heartbeat and overall wellbeing during this routine examination. If our sonographer identifies anything unexpected, you will be advised appropriately and guided on next steps. - Baby gender determination
Available upon request during your scan. - Printed diagnostic report
You will receive a written report to share with your usual healthcare professional.
