When you arrive at the clinic, you’ll be asked to complete a short form. Our experienced phlebotomist will then explain the procedure and answer any questions before collecting your sample.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we’ll do our best to accommodate you at the next available opportunity. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, clients with scheduled appointments may be seen ahead of you.
